2cupsapple sauce(preferably homemade)
1/2cuplarge flake oats(use gluten free if needed)
1 cupvanilla Greek yogurt (or plain)(can sub dairy free yogurt)
2 1/2cupsmilk of choice(plus extra to thin if desired: I used oat milk)
1/4teaspooncinnamon
6ice cubes(optional)
Instructions
Add the apple sauce, oats, yogurt, milk, cinnamon and ice cubes and blend in a blender until smooth, about 1 minute. Add extra milk to thin if desired and serve!
