Ingredients

  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup cooked carrots (cut into 1/2" chunks)
  • 2 tablespoons quick oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of cloves
  • dash of nuteg
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and serve!
