Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and serve!

Recipe Notes

Health Tip: to boost the antioxidants in the smoothie use raw cacao powder - it is less processed than regular cocoa powder and retains more antioxidants.
