Crockpot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

This Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip recipe is creamy, full of flavour and super simple to make in the crockpot

Ingredients

  • 1 284 g bag fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped (or 1- 10 oz frozen spinach package, thawed & drained)
  • 1 398 mL can quartered artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
  • 1 250 g brick cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes (reduced fat cream cheese works too)
  • 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely-chopped white onion
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of your slow-cooker and stir together.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1 hour.

  3. Stir the dip until evenly combined throughout.  Taste and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Serve warm alongside chips, crackers, veggies or bread to dip.
