This fall-inspired Apple Crisp Granola is the most comforting thing to eat! Make a yogurt parfait by layering it with homemade apple sauce and yogurt.
In a large bowl combine the oats, apples, pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Toss together to combine.
Divide the granola evenly between the two prepared pans and bake until just light golden brown for around 30 minutes, tossing half-way through. Stir in the hemp hearts and cool completely before enjoying and store in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 2 months.
