Feta Salsa

You will want to add this Feta Sala to everything! This is a very special recipe straight from my husband Charles (he's rather famous for it) to save for your next BBQ.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped, loosely packed flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir together. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use. You can make this ahead and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
