7-Layer Greek Dip

This 7-Layer Greek Dip is full of delicious layers of hummus, tzatziki, diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, feta, and olives. Grab some chips or pita, and serve it at your next party!

Ingredients

  • 1 container (approx. 283g) hummus
  • 1 container (approx. 227g) tzatziki
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (or to taste)
  • fresh parsley (optional)
  • olive oil (optional)
  • dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. On a medium serving platter or plate, spread the hummus first in a thin layer to cover the centre of the plate, top with the tzatziki in another thin layer, followed by the tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, olives, and feta. If using, garnish with the fresh parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of dried oregano. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  2. Serve with pita chips, wedges of pita bread or veggies!
