Preheat your oven to 375 F.
While your oven is preheating, slice your baguette on a bias into 1/2 inch slices. Lightly brush each piece with olive oil on both sides, place on a large baking sheet and bake for 2 - 3 minutes each side, until golden brown.
On each toasted baguette slice, layer a thin slice of brie cheese (or a spread of vegan cream cheese), sliced pear, crumbled walnuts, and thyme. Drizzle with honey and serve!
