Apple Crisp Smoothie

This delicious Apple Crisp Smoothie is filled with fibre and tastes just like dessert!

  • 2 cups apple sauce (preferably homemade)
  • 1/2 cup large flake oats (use gluten free if needed)
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain) (can sub dairy free yogurt)
  • 2 1/2 cups milk of choice (plus extra to thin if desired: I used oat milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 ice cubes (optional)


  1. Add the apple sauce, oats, yogurt, milk, cinnamon and ice cubes and blend in a blender until smooth, about 1 minute.  Add extra milk to thin if desired and serve!
