Vegan Irish Cream

A take on a classic, this is a lightened up version of traditional Bailey's that we've all come to love. Delicious poured over a glass with ice or in your coffee.

  • 400mL can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Irish Whiskey (we used Jamieson)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee


  1. Whisk together all the ingredients in a pitcher.

  2. Pour into an air tight container to store in the fridge for up to 10 days and use as desired!
