  • 4 cups 1" cubed stale bread (use GF is desired or needed)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic*
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 sprigs rosemary (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Place the olive oil and garlic in a small bowl, stir together and brush the croutons with the oil mixture using a pastry brush. Alternately you can mix them together with your hands on the pan!  Sprinkle with sea salt and bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.  Set aside.

*Substitute for a teaspoon of garlic powder if desired.
