Croutons

Ingredients

  • 5 slices good quality day-old bread (use GF is desired or needed)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 sprigs rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Cut your bread into 1" cubes.

  2. Place the olive oil and garlic in a small bowl, stir together and brush the croutons with the oil mixture using a pastry brush. Alternately you can mix them together with your hands on the pan!  Sprinkle with sea salt and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.  Set aside.
