A bright and fresh bubbly holiday sangria, with seasonal cranberries and apples.
Add sugar to pitcher, lightly muddle with half the frozen cranberries and white cranberry juice for just a few seconds or until sugar is dissolved. Use a muddler or wooden spoon.
Add in the brandy and muddle again.
Add in prosecco and white wine. Stir to combine.
Add in the apple, the rest of the cranberries and ice. Stir and taste! Adjust to your liking.
Garnish cups with apple slice, cranberries, star anise, or rosemary.
