Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bartlett pear, ripe & diced
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optiona)

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and serve!
