Apple Pie Smoothie

This easy Apple Pie Smoothie is packed with fruity flavour and just the right splash of cinnamon. What a great way to start your morning!

  • 1 cup applesauce*
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 2 tablespoons oats (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and serve!

Note : If desired, you can add pitted dates for added sweetness.
