Mix together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and transfer the mixture to a jar or other resealable small container. Let sit a minimum of 4 hours or overnight in fridge.
When ready to eat, add any toppings (ie: a dash of cinnamon, chia or hemp hearts etc) and enjoy either cold or warmed up!
