Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup large flake oats
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and serve!
