DIY Bath Bombs

The ultimate relaxing DIY project is here! Easily make your very own Bath Bombs with a few ingredients like epson sats, essentials oils and dried flowers. These make a great project for yourself or as a thoughtful homemade gift.

Servings 10 bath bombs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 cup citric acid
  • 1/2 cup epsom salts
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 5-10 drops essential oils of choice (optional)
  • dried flower petals

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients and combine. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.

  2. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry. Mix well until combines and the appearance is similar to wet sand.

  3. Add dried flower petals to the bottom of the mold/muffin tin (if using) then fill with mixture. Fill right to the top and push down firmly to ensure it is compact enough to set.

  4. Let the molds sit for 24 hours to try and combine. Then, flip molds ups-aide down and gently pop out the bath bombs!

  5. Store in a a dry place or within an airtight jar! Enjoy in your next bath tub.
