Just when I didn't think tacos could get better, we made the mobile. We made this EPIC Taco in a Bag recipe using individual chips bags. This recipe is perfect for your next party or to enjoy while camping! Plus they have the easiest cleanup ever......no plates required!
Heat a medium frying pan over medium high heat. When the pan is hot, add the ground and cook until cooked through (add a little bit of oil if needed). Add the cumin, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder to the ground and stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together the sour cream or Greek yogurt, lime zest and lime juice.
In each individual chip bag, layer in some of the cooked ground and prepared toppings. Top with the Lime Crema, and fresh cilantro if using.
Tip: hold the bag closed and shake to combine. This dish is best enjoyed with a fork!
