Make a batch of my Perfect 2-Hour Homemade Pizza Dough. Preheat the oven to 425 F and prepare 2 baking sheets with parchment.
Separate the dough into two large balls and roll each out until ¼ inch thick and about 6" wide. Cut the dough into 1-inch strips, and twist two together into ropes.
Bake the breadsticks on the top 1/3 oven rack for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on the bottom and light brown on the top.
