Citrus Kiwi Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Vinaigrette

This showy Citrus Kiwi Fruit Salad is dressed up with a zesty Honey Lime Vinaigrette and is the perfect way to show your brunch table a bit of love!

Ingredients

SALAD

  • 3 oranges (peel cut off)
  • 2 pink grapefruits (peel cut off)
  • 2 blood oranges (peel cut off)
  • 2 kiwis (peel removed)
  • mint leaves for garnish (optional)

DRESSING

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the fruit horizontally about 1/4" thick (to show the pretty pattern of the fruit!) and arrange it on a serving platter.

  2. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small container and pour it over the arranged citrus slices.

  3. Best if served immediately.
