One-Step Vegan Eggnog

Eggnog gets a healthier overhaul with this vegan twist on the holiday classic - and it take virtually zero effort!

  • 3 cups vanilla soy beverage
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash cloves
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until frothy. Pour into 4 of your favourite small glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Add rum if you’re so inclined!
