
About the Operations Coordinator Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations and long-term growth of Fraîche Table—our digital meal planning platform designed to simplify mealtimes for busy families.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to turn customer feedback, product ideas, and business goals into thoughtful execution. Your work will directly impact both the member experience and product quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Updating weekly meal plans
- Logging bugs and testing features
- Reviewing recipes and member feedback
- Supporting product and systems improvements
We’re a small, fast-paced team, so we’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. A strong eye for detail, love for systems, and ability to problem-solve independently are key.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in West Kelowna, BC, with regular in-office work. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to take initiative and grow with the company. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager, who is primarily remote — so clear communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to stay organized and proactive in a virtual setting are essential. You’re someone who keeps things moving, asks the right questions early, and communicates updates before we even have to ask.

Fraîche Table is a fast-growing digital meal planning platform created by a Registered Dietitian to help busy families take the stress out of mealtime. In this role you will be expected to:
- Manage and respond to charitable inquiries, including coordinating approvals and setting up discount codes.
- Support community engagement and help create a great member experience by assisting with outreach initiatives (including focus groups) and organizing and compiling valuable member feedback.
- Manage the Fraîche Table customer service inbox, responding to member inquiries, escalating issues as needed, and logging any bugs or technical problems reported.
- Review and input new recipes and weekly meal plans, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Conduct weekly plan reviews using our checklist (grammar, prep instructions, tagging, etc.)
- Test new features or updates before launch and report bugs or inconsistencies
- Assist in translating product ideas into clearly scoped briefs for developers.
- Support setup of dashboards and analytics tools to help track product usage and member behavior
- Support competitive research efforts by monitoring trends, features, and positioning of other meal planning software and related products to help inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Assist with new product development projects as needed.

You will need to have:
- Experience in administrative or operations-related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills—you’ll juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with a collaborative team.
- To be available to work in-person at our West Kelowna office regularly.
Special consideration will be given if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or similar.
- Experience working in a startup or small, fast-paced team where you wore multiple hats and contributed across functions.

Compensation:
$55,000 – $60,000 plus discretionary performance-based bonus opportunities.
