About the Fraîche Table Product Coordinator Role
We are looking for a full-time Product Coordinator to join our growing Fraîche Table meal plan team! This position will be responsible for implementing and executing new ideas and strategies and maintaining the high-quality standards our customers have grown to expect. As the Product Coordinator, you’ll be the expert on the Fraîche Table platform and everything it has to offer. Day to day activities include managing customer service, coordinating our meal plan innovation pipeline, managing projects and communication with our tech team, editing recipes, and brainstorming new ways to innovate and improve Fraîche Table.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in an independent semi-remote work setting. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented, a strong team player, has excellent written communication skills, and is highly organized. Although cooking isn’t part of the day-to-day activities of the Product Coordinator, an understanding and passion for food and cooking are very valuable!
In this role you will be expected to:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Support
- Translate product ideas into clear, structured briefs for developers
- Maintain sprint documentation and track deliverables
- Ensure product initiatives stay on schedule
- Coordinate communication between CEO, Operations Manager, UX consultants, and developers
Customer Insight & Analytics
- Monitor product usage, onboarding flows, and feature engagement
- Review heatmaps, conversion data, and retention trends
- Surface friction points and summarize insights clearly
- Provide recommendations based on data
Feature Development & Execution
- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs)
- Collaborate with external UX/UI consultants and developers
- QA new features before launch and manage bug tracking
- Ensure features are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards
Member Experience & Retention
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, engagement, and upgrades
- Support experimentation around pricing, packaging, and monetization
- Help optimize annual plan upgrades and add-on adoption

You will need to have:
- Impeccable attention to detail
- 1–3 years of experience in product, business, analytics, or front-end software development
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort interpreting basic data and performance metrics
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in-office regularly in West Kelowna
Special consideration will be given if you have:
- Have experience with tools like Figma, GA4, Mixpanel, or similar
- Have worked in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Enjoy cooking or understand the challenges of meal planning firsthand

Compensation:
$70,000 – $80,000 plus performance-based bonus tied to product and revenue milestones.
