
About the Executive Assistant Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Executive Assistant to support our CEO who is a SaaS founder, lifestyle entrepreneur, and cookbook author with a fast paced and multifaceted schedule.
This position is ideal for someone who excels under pressure, uses excellent judgment, is detail oriented, and takes pride in staying several steps ahead. You will manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, and workflow with the level of precision that keeps everything moving and keeps her focused on high value work.
The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting the growth of both the company and the CEO’s personal brand and takes pride in excellence, efficiency, and execution at the highest level.

This is an in-person role. Candidates must live in the Okanagan Valley. Occasional travel to accompany the CEO may be required.

Fraîche is a small and ambitious team based in Kelowna, British Columbia. We focus on making life simpler, healthier, and more beautiful for busy women and families through Fraîche Living, Fraîche Table, cookbooks, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.

In this role you will be expected to:
Executive Prioritization and Workflow Management
- Manage the CEO’s inbox, ensuring only high priority items reach her. Draft responses, handle follow ups, maintain communication flow, and keep messages organized.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and supporting materials.
- Manage the calendar with intention and ensure the CEO is prepared for each day.
Collaborations, Partnerships, and Brand Support
- Coordinate brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship related tasks.
- Support content workflows for the blog, social media, email, and campaigns.
- Maintain organization across Monday dot com, Dropbox, and other tools.
- Assist with content creation when needed for blog posts, social media, email newsletters, ads, and campaigns.
Operational and Project Support
- Plan travel, events, and logistics.
- Maintain trackers and systems to ensure projects move forward.
- Research and pitch aligned podcast opportunities.
- Prepare talking points, briefings, and media materials.
AI and Technology Integration
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support communication.
- Learn new AI systems quickly and integrate them into daily operations.
- Stay curious and open to emerging tools that improve productivity.
Personal Support That Is Proactive and Discreet
- Anticipate upcoming appointments, renewals, and personal commitments.
- Manage tasks that support overall work and life flow.

You will need to have:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfort using AI tools or a strong willingness to learn them quickly.
Special consideration will be given if you have:
- Minimum three years supporting a founder or senior executive.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Monday dot com, Mailchimp, WordPress, Dropbox, or HubSpot is an asset.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 per year depending on experience and capability. A small performance based bonus may also be available.
