Feeding our families wholesome, nutritious food has never been more important. But let’s be honest, getting a healthy meal on the table (that the whole family will enjoy) is no small feat! I get it. That’s why we created the Fraîche at Home Meal Plan: to make feeding your family wholesome homemade food simple and achievable. After a full year of planning, cooking, tweaking and more cooking (hello dishes) I am SO excited to share our Fraîche at Home Meal Plan with you! We worked hard to create a plan that saves you precious time and energy by having 4 weeks of wholesome, family-friendly weekday meals and grocery lists completely planned out for you; breakfast, lunch and dinner included!
You can expect meals like: Banana Split Parfaits, Sneaky Mommy Sloppy Joes (loaded with veggies, not that they will know!), Roasted Cauliflower Shawarmas and Blueberry Breakfast Crisp. The plan covers you for all weekday meals (5 days a week) and since there is so much variety, you can repeat it as often as you wish. We left weekends open… because life happens!
Who is this meal plan designed for?
We appreciate that not everyone has the same dietary needs, which is why we created regular, vegan, gluten free and nut free versions of the plan. I also realize that not everyone is feeding a big family these days (and certainly nobody is entertaining), so we also included both a meal plan for 2 people and 4 people to accommodate smaller households too!
What makes the Fraîche at Home Meal Plan special?
One of the things that I’m most excited about is the fact that you can do ALL of your grocery shopping in advance! We are all trying to minimize our trips to the grocery store, and isn’t it annoying when you go to make something but are out of half of the ingredients, night after night? With the Fraîche at Home Meal Plan you can literally pre-order your groceries as far ahead as you wish and can skip those last minute trips to the store for 1-2 ingredients.
Because everything is so well planned (with tons of variety), the ingredients you purchase are ACTUALLY used up over the course of the week, minimizing food waste and saving you money. A bit of prep on Sundays helps you take the heavy lifting out of getting delicious meals on the table through the week without breaking a sweat.

Quick question. We have some allergies in our house that are a bit unusual (bananas, mushrooms and pineapple), what could be substituted for these in your recipes?! I just want a plan before I purchase a plan. If that makes sense.
Hi Irma,
You shouldn’t have a problem with those ingredients. You can substitute applesauce for the banana in the baked oatmeal, we can give you an alternate for the banana split parfaits (you can just do a normal yogurt parfait with another fruit) and any smoothies can be subbed out easily we have a whole bank of recipes that you can choose from on the blog!
For the mushrooms and pineapple, you can leave them out – we have a substitution guide at the end of the meal plan to help navigate substitutions and are always available to help answer any specific questions and give ideas if that helps!
