These aren’t non-stick so I would still use oil (I actually include a healthy amount of good fat in my diet which I recommend)! Cross my fingers for you! xx Tori

Years ago, in my early 30’s I stood in line at a cookware store for their door crasher special of a paderno pot for $20. It was my first. 20+ years later I still have it. I was also the only one under the age of 60 in the line, all the little old ladies thought I was so nice to be standing there for my grandma. They were even more excited when they found out it was for me and I understood the value of a good pot
