I take this dish to potlucks ALL the time.
My first time trying it – I used chickpeas ( it was a chickpea Shawarma).
Love your Greek version.
Carry everything separately and assemble at event.
I segregate toppings around the hummus as not everyone likes or can tolerate onions.
I put a couple of spoons along side of dish and small serving plates – so NO double dipping – just saying. LOL
I have a round tin serving platter.
A plate goes in the middle with hummus and separated add on and Nachos go around the outside.
You can freshen this dish throughout the evening.
Everyone loves it.
I leave my tray ( Dollar store purchase) as a hostess gift as well.
Thanks for the recipe.
