WARNING: This appetizer WILL upstage the main course. 🍇✨ (Don’t say I didn’t warn you!) Meet my Whipped Feta with Roasted California Grapes! Creamy, salty whipped feta, warm, juicy California grapes, crunchy walnuts and fresh thyme. A match made in HEAVEN.

Roasting California grapes enhances their natural sweetness, and paired with whipped feta? OH. MY. WORD.

Fancy enough for a dinner party, easy enough for a Tuesday. Here’s how to make it! 👇

🍇 WHIPPED FETA WITH ROASTED CALIFORNIA GRAPES (Serves 8)

ROASTED GRAPES

• 4 cups California grapes
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
• ¼ tsp salt
• Black pepper, to taste

WHIPPED FETA

• 7 oz feta, drained & crumbled
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Black pepper, to taste

CROSTINI

• 1 baguette, sliced diagonally ½-inch thick
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Pinch of salt

TO FINISH

• ⅓ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
• 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
2. Toss California grapes with olive oil, balsamic, thyme, salt & pepper on one sheet. Arrange baguette slices on the other sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil & sprinkle with salt.
3. Bake 5 minutes, flip crostini, then bake about 5 more minutes until golden and grapes are soft and bursting.
4. Meanwhile, blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil & pepper in a food processor for 1–2 minutes until creamy, scraping sides as needed.
5. Spread whipped feta on a serving plate. Spoon warm California grapes and their juices over top.
6. Finish with walnuts and fresh thyme. Serve immediately with warm crostini!

Look for fresh California grapes at your grocery store and SAVE this recipe for your next gathering! 🤍

I love a beautiful holiday table, but what I love the most is what happens around it. ❤️

The recipes you make every single year. Someone telling the same story for the 47th time. Kids sneaking buns before dinner. Crackers being pulled, candles flickering and everyone staying at the table way longer than planned.

Those are the moments I had in mind when designing the tabletop pieces in my new Fraîche Holiday Collection with @walmartcanada.

The full collection drops online October 28! 🎄 Comment CHRISTMAS and I’ll send you the full preview so you can start making that wish list. ✨

If you’re in perimenopause or menopause, here’s something I wish more women knew: Eating better doesn’t mean eating LESS. 🤍

As our hormones shift, protein becomes especially important for preserving muscle, while fibre helps support digestion, blood sugar regulation, and heart health.

And can we talk about food noise for a second? Sometimes, it’s simply a sign that you’re not eating enough or that your meals aren’t keeping you satisfied. Eating enough, including plenty of protein and fibre, can make a real difference.

As a dietitian AND a woman navigating this stage of life myself, I feel so strongly that we need to be having more of these conversations. We deserve to feel good in our bodies, and food should be part of the solution, not another thing to stress about.

Which brings me to the FOOD! I’ve been busy creating delicious, protein and fibre-rich recipes with us women in mind. ❤️

I can only squeeze one recipe into this caption (Instagram, we need to talk), so let’s start with these Tiramisu Baked Oats! ☕️

Made with eggs, almond butter, hemp hearts, chia seeds, oats, and Greek yogurt, they’re packed with goodness and taste like dessert for breakfast.

TIRAMISU BAKED OATMEAL

Makes 4 servings | Total time: 45 minutes
1 ½ cups milk of choice
½ cup smooth natural almond butter
½ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp instant espresso powder
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp vanilla
2 cups large flake oats
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Plain Greek yogurt, to serve
Cocoa powder, for garnish

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9” baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix the milk, almond butter, maple syrup, espresso powder, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in the oats, hemp hearts, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Spread evenly in the dish and bake 30-40 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centre is set.
4. Serve with yogurt and a dusting of cocoa. Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.

🤍 Save this post so you have the recipe on hand for your next meal prep day!

Anyone else feel like we were handed approximately ZERO instructions for this stage of life? 🙋🏼‍♀️ Tell me, what’s been your biggest surprise?

A failed business, 16 years in a job I never meant to keep, and some VERY questionable lettuce wraps. 😂 Somehow, it all led me here... to hang with YOU!

Hi, I’m Tori! 👋🏼 With so many new faces around here lately, I thought it was time to share a little more about the winding road that brought me to this corner of the internet.

There was a Grade 5 lesson about bread, a life-changing phone call in France, a few wrong turns, and a whole lot of learning along the way. Turns out, sometimes the detours are the best part of the story. 🤍

Swipe through to get to know me a little better! Now I’m curious: are you doing what you thought you’d be doing when you grew up? Drop a 🙋🏼‍♀️ for YES or a 😂 for NOT EVEN CLOSE!

Here’s to making life a little more nourishing, beautiful, and simple, so we can focus on the things that really matter. And thank you for being here. Truly. 🤍
