I have THE coolest prize for today’s giveaway – a Google Nest Hub Max from Best Buy. This has quickly become the most popular item in our home: it’s like having a sleek virtual assistant and mini sous chef (minus the mess… sorry boys!).
I confess that I use my blog as a personal cookbook, and of course LOVE browsing other blogs for recipes and inspiration. But my hands are ALWAYS a mess … which made me instantly sold on the Google Nest Hub Max (great name, right – my son’s name is Max in case you’re new here). There is so much that this device can do, including pulling up recipes to help guide me through them in the kitchen as I cook – it will even read the steps out to me! Now, only if it did dishes…
You can find so many great gifts for the loved ones on your list at Best Buy. They have such helpful staff that are so knowledgeable and can help answer any questions you may have (it’s where I buy all of my electronics and accessories). If online shopping is more your jam, bestbuy.ca has curated gift guides to help you with your holiday shopping! They give you the option of ordering online or reserving and picking up in store.
I’m a big fan of simple-to-use technology that makes my life easier and more organized. I swear I’m allergic to anything that is even slightly complicated! The Google Nest Hub Max is like having a ridiculously smart good-looking personal assistant, helping keep me on top of weather, news, kids’ activities, appointments and reminders and can answer all of my burning questions with a simple ‘hey google’ (short of where I put my keys… again… sigh).
The built in Nest cam keeps an eye on things at home (like Max eating gingerbread cookies straight off the tree) and it even works as a digital photo frame when it’s not in use which I LOVE. I haven’t printed off a picture in so long, such a great feature!
To enter the giveaway (valued at $299) click below and follow the instructions! The contest runs until December 12th at midnight PST and is open to Canadian residents (excluding Quebec).
Congratulations to Lainey Price for winning this giveaway!

Ugggh— I entered my Pinterest account instead of my email account on entry and now I can’t change it 😬🤔😢
Oh no! I’ll make a note of it!
I did the same! I entered my instagram name rather than my email into the blog spot and I can’t change it 🙁 but I’m subscribed!!
I have been wanting to try one of these out! Was it super intuitive? I feel like sometimes it takes me so long to figure out some of the new gadgets….must mean I’m getting old!! Haha
