These Strawberry Watermelon Creamsicles will be on repeat ALL summer long in our household! They are super simple to make and so much healthier than store-bought popsicles – the best treat for the kids!
Watermelon is the ultimate summer snack; the whole family loves it, and I know how healthy it is for us all. For those days where your eyes are a little bigger than your stomach, these popsicles are the perfect home for the extras.
We simply freeze extra watermelon to avoid wasting anything. Simply remove the rind and freeze into cubes for smoothies or healthy popsicles like these. You can use fresh or frozen watermelon, but you’ll want to use fresh strawberries if you’re using frozen watermelon. If both are frozen it will be too hard to blend – it’s easier to do with fresh watermelon if you’re debating both! With only 4 ingredients and 2 steps, this recipe couldn’t be more simple. I mean, it’s almost as easy as running to the store to pickup a sweet treat, and SO much healthier!
A popsicle mould is a staple in our kitchen, and we pretty much always have a batch of homemade popsicles in the freezer. It’s the best way to use up extra smoothie! Charlie and Max absolutely love this Green Smoothie turned into popsicles. Because what kid wouldn’t want a popsicle for breakfast??
We included this recipe to pair with these adorable PJ’s we co-created with Bambi + Birdie, and the recipe was too good not to share!

I made these popsicles, I used 0% greek yogurt. Should I have used a higher fat content, mine don’t look as creamsicle as the one in the picture. 😕
