Good morning Tori, my name is Petra, and I found you through my friend Karlene Karst. I am a teacher but my other passion is health and has been since I completed my biology degree in University. I am pretty confused these days about the staggering amount of information out there about diet. Questions I have which you might consider addressing are: how big of a problem are oxalates in all the trendy foods right now such as almonds, spinach, etc.? The vitamins in plants are pre-vitamins, which take several costly conversions to become usable for the body. Can a plant-based diet really meet those needs? Quality pastured meats have all the vitamins in a bio-available form already. I have heard you should not take a probiotic, even a good one, if you have sibo, because it just feeds the sibo. How do you feel about intermittent fasting? I have read some pretty convincing research on it and Dr. Mark Hyman really recommends it. I’m sorry to bombard you with all this but I am very curious as you can see, and I am a life-long learner. By the way, you are absolutely stunning and I love your style.
