I LOVE doing giveaways… they are such a fun way to show off my favourite things and support companies and people that I’m so passionate about! Whitewater Cooks cookbooks is on that list, and since this snow won’t go away (what gives?) and we’re all getting cabin fever I thought it would be fun to host another giveaway for all you fabulous people! Shelley Adams, the amazing author of the Whitewater Cooks cookbooks, has generously offered to give away a full set of her FIVE cookbooks including her newest book, ‘More Beautiful Food’ and her new line of sauces to one lucky winner! If you haven’t heard of these before you’re seriously missing out: all I have to say is … GLORY BOWL! Honestly, such great wholesome recipes from a talented gal right in our backyard, from the gorgeous city of Nelson in the Kootenays! All I can say is that I have such a new-found appreciation for people who write cookbooks, it’s such a labour of love (aka boatloads of work!).

You are awesome. Never listen to negative people. At 62 I still have to remind myself of that lol, but it definitely gets easier as you get older. Love your posts of your family. You and your husband are hard workers. He is doing an awesome job on your home. My husband did all our renos over 35 years in our home. I am sure I drove him crazy but he wouldn’t have it any other way, and our kids learned how to build or fix, or decorate anything. Can’t wait for the cookbook. Pace yourself life goes by so fast savour every moment.

Super weird but I just received your email dated this morning in regards to this raffle but I see it is closed already. Did your system just send out an email that was supposed to have come out on March 6th?
