Earlier this year I joined millions and became OBSESSED with the show Yellowstone. As someone who rarely watches TV, getting this invested into anything that requires me to use a remote is super rare for me! In honour of a new season of this show which has captured my heart, I present to you my Yellowstone Themed Menu! Complete with Beth’s Bourbon Apple Crisp, Wheeler Whiskey BBQ Sliders, Buffalo Cauliflower & Dutton Ranch, and fresh Cowboy Caviar!
Yellowstone Themed Menu
The perfect meal for you next viewing party now exists! Grab your favourite whiskey, cowboy hat and let’s get to it!
Buffalo Cauliflower & Homemade (Dutton) Ranch
A play on the Dutton family, this Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings & (Dutton) Ranch is crispy, spicy and the perfect appetizer for binging the new season 4! I find it hard to believe I have not done a buffalo cauliflower yet on the blog, but here we are! This baked version is seriously addicting and you can adjust the heat of the buffalo sauce to suit your family.
Wheeler Whiskey BBQ Chicken Crockpot Sliders
Rip Wheeler inspired Whiskey BBQ Chicken Crockpot Sliders are slowly cooked in the crockpot with homemade BBQ sauce. The whiskey adds so much great flavour here but simply remove it from the recipe if desired, it will still taste great! With just a few simple steps you have tender, juicy chicken to add to a fresh bun and top with a cool dill coleslaw. A drool-worthy sandwich (quite fitting, if I do say so myself).
Cowboy Caviar Salad
This Cowboy Caviar Salad is full of colour, flavour and hearty veggies! The perfect light salad or dip to complement any meal (especially these sliders) and comes together in 10 minutes. This totally feels like something the Yellowstone ranch boys would dig.
Beth’s Bourbon Apple Crisp
Based on TV’s spiciest cowgirl, this Beth’s Bourbon Apple Crisp is sweet with a bold punch of bourbon. Serve with a dollop of iced cream for the perfect treat! Whether you love her or hate her (lol), she is bold, badass and the queen of Yellowstone. I knew I needed something to celebrate Beth and her love of bourbon. Seriously, this is recipe to die forrrrrr!
