There are few things more Christmasy (not a real word, I know) than a glass of eggnog. I created this vegan eggnog recipe for my cousin Jillian last year and it was a huge HIT, our crew preferred it over the traditional stuff (it’s also on Jilly’s site here… she has SO many great holiday ideas if you haven’t already checked them out)!
Lighter on the calories with the same amazing nostalgic flavours of the real deal, I have no idea why we only make it once a year! This recipe simply couldn’t get any easier: just throw it all in a blender and serve! Which leaves you more time for wrapping … which I should probably start at some point!
Happy Holidays!

This sounds yummy! And the whole idea of raw eggs freaks me out so it’s great alternative! Is full fat coconut milk the tinned kind? Totally making this Christmas Day!! (With rum!!!) Happy holidays to you and yours!!
Tori Wesszer says
Hi Rhea! Yes the tinned kind! Enjoy and Happy Holidays!!!
Janine Leitch says
Yum! Will vanilla almond milk work in place of the soy beverage??
Merry Christmas!🎄
Pat says
I wonder if almond milk will give the same flavour?
Tori Wesszer says
It won’t taste as rich but you will get a similar flavour!
Karlena says
Hey Tori,
Have you ever made cinnamon buns with your bun recipe??

Is the soy milk unsweetened?
Jamie says
Yum! Sounds delicious. Can’t wait to try it! Can you substitute the soy milk for cashew, more coconut milk or a different vegan milk? Merry Christmas & Happy New Years!!!
Tori Wesszer says
Hi Jamie, thanks for the comment! Yes you could substitute the soy milk – I preferred it over almond milk but it was just a slight texture preference – you can adapt it as you wish! Merry Christmas!! Tori
