Just when you thought a mimosa couldn’t get any better! Enter: The Tequila Sunrise Mimosa! This is such a fun spin on a classic, and is the best way to celebrate life’s special moments both big and small.
What is a Tequila Sunrise
I figured this would be a good place to start! For those who don’t know, a Tequila Sunrise is a cocktail comprised of tequila, orange juice, and grenadine syrup. It’s served unmixed in a tall glass that shows the pretty sunrise-like colours! So naturally, a Tequila Sunrise Mimosa is made up of tequila, grenadine, orange juice and champagne or Prosecco.
How to Make Tequila Sunrise Mimosa
This tequila sunrise mimosa is one part tequila, one part bubbly, and one part orange juice with a nice splash of grenadine to give it that insanely beautiful colour. Garnish with fresh orange and you’ve got the kind of brunch cocktail that your friends will go crazy over.
