Our Favourite Podcasts
The Tim Ferris Show
Probably my most-listened-to podcast, I highly recommend this one. It is informative, entertaining, and so well done with top notch caliber experts. Tim Ferriss is a self-experimenter and bestselling author, best known for book The 4-Hour Workweek. In this show, he deconstructs world-class performers from eclectic areas (investing, chess, pro sports, etc.), digging deep to find the tools, tactics, and tricks that listeners can use. Check out the latest episode #520: Michael Pollan — This Is Your Mind on Plants or episode #514: Chip Wilson — Building Lululemon, the Art of Setting Goals, and the 10 Great Decisions of Your Life. You can’t go wrong here.
The School of Greatness Podcast
I love learning something new and getting inspired, and this podcast does jus that. Episodes of The School of Greatness range from interviews with world-class game changers in entrepreneurship, health (I don’t agree with all of the nutrition stuff for the record), mindset, and relationships. Past guests on the show have been Tony Robbins, Alanis Morissette, Scooter Braun, Julianne Hough, Arianna Huffington, and so many more! They cover topics like Fitness, Money, Nutrition, Spirituality, Entrepreneurship, Mental Health and Human Rights (so everything!). This one might just be our teams favourite podcast so we couldn’t choose just one favourite episode, but our top two are #444: Hugh Jackman on Best Decisions, Daily Routines, The 85% Rule, Favourite Exercises, Mind Training, and Much More & #988: The Morning Routine of Millionaires, Superstars & History’s Greatest Geniuses w/ Robin Sharma.
The Tony Robbins Podcast
Speaking of Tony Robbins, I love listening to his podcast! I just listened to one on Brain Health, I love how thought provoking his discussions are. I am just getting hooked on his podcast so I have lots of catching up to do but I can’t wait to listen to more! Next up on my list is listening to his episode with Jenna Kutcher, The art of productivity. This podcast is great for entrepreneurs, business professionals, or those interested in the science of health. My favourite episode might be one of his most recent episodes, Breakthrough Brain Health for a Better Health | Life-changing Insights from Neurosurgeoun Sanjay Gupta.
Marketing School
The whole Fraîche Team loves Neil Patel, and his podcast with Eric Sia is informative, super educational and digestable at 5-10 minutes per episode. It provides daily actionable marketing advice every single day and is a great listen if this topic is your jam.
The Blonde Files Podcast
Podcast host Arielle Lorre answers questions around health, well-being, fulfillment, and beauty hacks! She engages in meaningful conversations with experts and inspirational guests and makes you feel like your having girl time with your best friend!! One of my favourite episodes of hers is the one with Melissa Wood-Tepperberg. They talk about breaking up with bad habits, the struggle of addiction, and how to be ok with being yourself when it might not be the social norm.
The Papaya Podcast
This one is bringing ALL the positive vibes! The Papaya Podcast is created and hosted by my oh-so-lovely friend Sarah aka as The Birds Papaya! Sarah has empowering conversations around body positivity, self confidence and inspiring stories. You’re guaranteed to feel inspired and positive after listening to any of her diverse lineup of guests! I just listened to the podcast she did with her team (The One Where We Go Behind the Scenes With Team Papaya) and Sarah is truly an inspiration.
What Day is It?
I’m a little biased here but my favourite episode(s) these girls have done is their episodes with Jill and Justin! If you haven’t given those two episodes a listen (from Oct. 22, 2020 and Oct. 27, 2020) then I recommend you start there. In addition to having some pretty great guests on the show, I love how diverse the content is on this podcast! Bailey and Jacci talk mental health, how to love yourself, and are so honest when it comes to their own growth and mistakes.
Raw Beauty Talks
I will be a guest on Erin’s podcast soon and I absolutely can’t wait! She is a breath of fresh air. Host and health coach Erin Treloar brings us inspiring stories of individuals who have overcome adversity and practical tools from professionals to help navigate the highs and lows of life. It turns out that behind all the perfect instagram pictures, everyone has a deeper story to tell, lessons to share and things that they are working on. They dive into body image, diet culture, anxiety, depression, self love, motherhood, the latest wellness trends, exercise and all things self care in the hopes that no woman feels alone on this journey. AMEN. Check out her episode with my friend Jennifer Wilson on finding self love – she’s a beauty.
The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast
This podcast is hosted by two incredibly successful individuals, Lauryn Evarts & Michael Bosstick. I love how real they are on the podcast and how they aren’t afraid of challenging topics! They have a wide variety of topics and guests which always keeps things interesting. My favourite episode is #341. Secrets to Personal Growth Time Management, & Productivity with Serial Entrepreneur David Meltzer.
The Peter Attia Drive
Ok so this one might just be a little bit more nerdy but I love it! Dr. Peter Attia is not only so knowledgeable himself but he has the best guests on the show. He has a wide variety of scientific topics but one of our teams favourite episodes is #93. AMA with Jason Fried: Work-life balance, avoiding burnout, defining success, company culture, and more! He has new episodes every week for you to get your geek on. We listen to this podcast on the Apple Podcast app!

Kick-Ass Step Mom Podcast
Being a mom is hard (understatement?) Looking for real talk about motherhood, step-motherhood, marriage, business and living a KICK-ASS Life? This is the podcast for you. Jamie is honest and open and about motherhood and has created a community of mothers who are all in this together! She is authentically herself and it’s refreshing the way she speaks so openly about the reality of motherhood and marriage. I sat down with Jamie and talked about being a mom, wife, entrepreneur and cookbook author and covered everything from marriage, parenting, meal planning and how to find balance in it all. Take a listen HERE.
Armchair Expert Podcast
If you haven’t taken a listen yet to Armchair Expert, you need to! This has remained one of the top podcasts since its creation for a reason. Dax Shepard hosts fun and real conversations with the worlds biggest stars, celebrities and game changers. I enjoy Dax and his co-host Monica both have diverse perspectives which makes for great back and fourth between these to besties. The most humbling segment “fact check” at the end where Monica fact checks items discussed and the validity. Their friendship started with Monica as assistant to Dax’s wife Kristen Bell and quickly blossomed to a family like bond! I love listening to them and I have never left an episode not having learned something new, and having had a good laugh!
