For the third year, I have had the absolute joy of working with Walmart Canada to create a new Fraîche Holiday Collection, and I am so excited for you to see it all! It’s here! The Fraîche Holiday Collection is officially live, online at Walmart.ca and in participating Walmart stores. I’ve been waiting months to share it with you. It’s traditional, magical, and completely unforgettable.

A Classic Christmas: The Inspiration Behind the Fraîche Holiday Collection
A classic, old-fashioned Christmas has always spoken to me. From the time I can remember, I was always the first one awake on Christmas morning, sitting quietly at the top of the stairs, taking in the glow of the tree below. Our family room, dressed in antiques and rich textures, was the picture of nostalgia for me, a scene out of a storybook that lives with me to this day. I wanted this collection to capture that warm feeling while still feeling elevated today.
What’s in the Fraîche Holiday Collection at Walmart Canada?
Think velvet ribbons, vintage ornaments and artwork, a teddy bear named Bob (after my sweet dad – there’s a story), cozy pillows with a space for Santa’s notes, soft blankets, tabletop pieces to elevate your hosting, and gorgeous accents that look and feel like they’ve been passed down for generations. Greenery was a huge hit last year, so we added even more, including brand new porch trees to frame your front door. Picture a charming tree decorated with photos collected over decades, the soft glow of candlelight (the clip-on LED candlesticks are incredible), and a table that’s set with a touch of glamour to entertain in style. It’s warm, refined, and filled with timeless charm. Of course, at great prices. Because you don’t have to break the bank to celebrate the holidays in style.
We’ve built this collection on the foundation of the past two seasons, thoughtfully adding pieces that invite you to grow and complement your own holiday collection year after year. It’s giving classic, old-money, vintage Christmas: rich navy, forest green, deep red, and worn cognac, layered with plaids, cable knits, and warm metallics, luxurious style at prices everyone can enjoy. We’ve added so many new pieces this year, plus a few returning favourites for anyone who missed them. This collection truly has something for every space in your home. Let’s take a look, shall we?
The Front Door
Christmas should begin before you even walk through the door, with a front entrance that invites you to enjoy a little moment of winter wonderland before stepping inside. I love an entry that feels elevated and festive without being complicated. This year, I layered beautiful greenery with velvet ribbon, bells and a few extra picks for fullness and texture, all in richer cognac tones for a slightly vintage look.
Our elegant wreaths and garlands are back and feeling completely fresh, the porch trees instantly make any entrance feel grand, and the Noël doormat (always a fast seller!) greets your guests at the door. A cozy blanket, postcard pillow, and Bob the Bear completes the scene, looking fit for Santa’s visit.
The Fraîche Christmas Tree
I’m calling this one the memory tree. Delicately placed silver and gold frame ornaments hold photos of loved ones through the decades, moments captured in time. Sparkling crystal garland catches the light of glowing candles along the branches, while glass pinecones, finials, tiny clocks and adorable teddy bear ornaments bring back that warm, cozy feeling of a nostalgic childhood Christmas. Finish it off with a timeless plaid tree skirt (with stockings to match), and yes, the 7.5-foot pre-lit Grand Spruce itself is back as part of the holiday collection.
The Christmas Mantel & Living Room
The living room is where family magic happens. Movies on the couch, curled up with blankets and hot chocolate, candles flickering, moments gathered together. This year, I went a little moodier with rich navy, forest green and warm cognac, plaid, velvet and touches of gold mixed in. The new photo frame stocking holders might be one of my favourite additions, tuck a family photo into each one to make every stocking personal.
And of course, Bob, our new teddy bear (named after my dad), with the year stitched right onto his paw. I love the thought of him capturing this Christmas like a time capsule.
The Holiday Table
The holiday table holds a piece of my heart. Where we gather, eat, celebrate, toast, and connect with the ones we love. I started this year’s table with navy plaid, then layered in greenery, warm metallics, candlelight and wood. The new ornate gold charger plates are one of my favourite pieces in the entire collection, and the stunning petal shaped glassware is even prettier in person. Add the tabletop assortment of plates, bowls and mugs, plus LED taper candles and little Christmas crackers at each setting, and the whole table gets that warm, old world glow. A photo ornament at each seat makes for a sweet personal touch and place holder, and doubles as a thoughtful gift for your guests to remember the evening by.
Holiday Entertaining in the Kitchen
With a little holiday décor, the kitchen is where Christmas truly comes to life. One of my favourite new pieces is the baking dish, designed for that oven-to-table moment, beautiful enough to go straight from the counter to the centre of the table on Christmas morning with fresh, steaming cinnamon buns. What a perfect hostess gift: bake something inside and leave it for your hostess to enjoy all season long.
The collection also includes cheese knives, cake servers, serving boards and cookie tins, along with dark stained acacia wood pieces like the cake stand that bring warmth against the metallics and rich holiday colours. I imagine decorating Christmas cookies with the kids and lining the charming plaid cookie tins for the most thoughtful, delicious festive gift. These pieces make hosting feel effortless, whether you’re setting out a cheese board, wrapping up a hostess gift, or pulling together a last minute dessert table.

When I look at this collection, I don’t just see Christmas décor. I see that little girl sitting at the top of the winding staircase in my family home, gazing down at the tree in awe. I see Christmas Eve dinners and sleepy Christmas mornings with my cousins. Stockings with personal touches (thank you mom). Photos tucked into ornaments, like the one you’ve always loved of your mother, placed with love on the tree. Candlelight glowing against the quiet of a snowy night outside.
