Do you ever wake up craving chocolate for breakfast? Not my norm, but there are days… This chocolate peanut butter smoothie has it all in my books. Chocolate and peanut butter (instant win) with the goodness of chia seeds and bananas. My day just got that much better, here’s to a fabulous start to yours!
This serves 2 (not 1, as I found out the hard way)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. natural smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup of low-fat milk or almond milk
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas (broken into chunks)
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
