This Summer Fruit Salad with Coconut Lemon Poppyseed Dressing is the perfect refreshing healthy snack! It’s easy to put together, and has a zesty creamy coconut dressing that you will swoon over. Enjoy for breakfast, brunch or on your next picnic!
Is there anything more summery than a fruit salad? We loaded this one with watermelon, cantaloupes, strawberries, honeydew melon, bananas, and blackberries. You can truly flex this recipe to be the fruit you love most! But the real treat is the tangy citrus dressing. Drizzle on top and enjoy this next level way to eat fresh fruit.
How To Make Fruit Salad
- Make the Lemon Poppyseed Dressing!
- Cut all the fresh fruit. I used a melon baller to make different shapes! Add fruit into a large bowl or hollow out a melon such as a watermelon for an added touch.
- Drizzle with dressing. Stir to combine and enjoy!
This fruit salad, like all fruit salad, is at it’s best eaten the same day it’s made. Prep it in the morning for a day at the beach or a picnic and keep it cool until you enjoy it.
