How to Make Shrimp Avocado Salsa
When I say this recipe comes together in minutes… I mean it! It’s incredibly quick to make, and you can enjoy it right away. That said, I love letting the flavours rest and chill together in the fridge before serving—it’s worth the wait. Just be sure to add the avocado at the very end if you’re making it ahead of time to keep it fresh and vibrant.
- Chop all of your ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Depending on size of shrimp you can leave whole or chop as well!
- Combine everything in a large bowl and stir gently to mix.
- Scoop away! Serve with plenty of tortilla chips (scoop-shaped ones are my favourite for the perfect dip-to-chip ratio).
Tip: For a gluten-free option, double-check your chip bag for a certified gluten-free label.
