You will want to add this Feta Sala to everything! This is a very special recipe straight from my husband Charles (he’s rather famous for it) to elevate your next BBQ. You can thank him later 🙂
You’ll be so impressed with how simple this recipe is, and how much of a crowd-favourite it will be! It takes whatever you pair it with, to the next level (we love it on grilled chicken, fish or steak).
Jump to RecipeWhat is Feta Salsa
I’ve lost count of how many years Charles has been making this, but this Feta Salsa is a simple combination of crumbled feta, parsley, red onion, garlic, olive oil and black pepper. We love it served on top of any BBQ protein such as salmon, steak (or grilled portobello mushrooms), or chicken, but the opportunities here are endless. Add it to your scrambled eggs, avocado toast, burger, sandwich, salad, or roasted veggies!
If you are looking for something a little more classic when you think of “salsa” this Homemade Pico De Gallo recipe is tried-and-true, and this Shrimp Avocado Salsa is a fun summer version.
BBQ Sides
BBQ season is here and honestly – isn’t the best part the side dishes!? Here are some ideas to help you this summer:
- Chipotle Grilled Corn
- Grilled Veggie Skewers
- Dill Potato Salad
- Cowboy Caviar Salad
- Grilled Corn Pasta Salad
This salsa also tastes incredible on grilled chicken, like in this Feta Salsa Chicken Recipe from our meal plan, Fraîche Table.
Homemade BBQ Sauce
We can’t talk about homemade condiments perfect for grilling season without mentioning BBQ sauce! Homemade BBQ Sauce is super simple, and our recipe comes in handy when your store-bought bottle runs out! We also love topping grilled meat and vegetables with Chimichurri, a deliciously herbaceous condiment.
